The accommodation includes:

• A comfortable living area with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed, opening onto the terrace,
• A dining area,
• An equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator),
• A sleeping area with a single bed,
• A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet,
• A terrace with a table and chairs for outdoor dining,
• A washing machine, hairdryer, and iron,
• A television with satellite or cable channels, and Wi-Fi,
• Air conditioning, radiators, and central heating,
• A smoke detector and clothes hangers,
• Access to a communal swimming pool (open from May 15th to October 15th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM).

The property does not include private parking.

Please note that noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
