How can Nomad help us with our medium term rentals?
At Nomad, we support you throughout the entire process of your medium term rentals. From professional photography, to advertising, to checking files, to responding to tenants, to cleaning, to laundry and maintenance, we handle everything from start to finish.
Who is Nomad's service for?
Our service is aimed at owner-investors who wish to delegate the management of their rental investment while maximising their income. As our offer is flexible, you can also occupy your flat between rentals.

Are there any compulsory facilities?
We offer turnkey furnished flats. That is why there is a list of compulsory equipment: fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, hotplates, microwave, crockery and kitchen utensils), washing machine, good bedding, fully equipped bathroom, television, clothes hangers... Of course, a good internet connection is mandatory.
How should I prepare my flat before the first rental?
Before your first rental, we advise you to check all your equipment to make sure it is working properly. To facilitate the stay of your tenants, please send us the user guides of your equipment.
On which platforms is my advert published?
All our flats are advertised on Studapart, Se Loger, Morning Croissant and Nomad our own booking platform. We are also developing new partnerships with universities and companies in order to integrate our flat catalogue into their accommodation solutions.
The fee :
What does the Nomad commission include?
We have a 10% commission on the revenue generated. This includes optimised ad creation and multi-distribution, verification of files and tenant response, a dedicated account manager to answer your questions and coordination of maintenance operations if required.
What does the application fee include?
Our application fee includes: a professional photo shoot coordinated by our teams, the writing of your ad and its distribution on all platforms, the installation of linen and a cleaning service before the first rental.

How does the payment of my rent work?
You will receive your monthly income.
What happens in case of unpaid rent?
We rigorously monitor the payment of each rent and we can offer you a guarantee for unpaid rent in addition to your subscription
