The property does not have private parking.

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

→ A security deposit may be requested by the rental agency upon check-in.
→ A management fee of €455 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee covers the move-in and move-out inspections as well as cleaning costs.
