• a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, also overlooking the street and trees,

• a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, and iron,
• TV, Wi-Fi,
• a fan, central heating, and clothes hangers.

The apartment also includes private parking, accessible via an entrance in the courtyard.

Please note the following additional charges:

• Check-in between 9 pm and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 am: 44e

→ A security deposit may be required by the landlord upon arrival.
→ A management fee of €884 will be charged for mid-term rentals. This fee includes the check-in and check-out inventory as well as cleaning costs.
