The space

In the heart of Aix-en-Provence, discover this T3 apartment of 100 m 2, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Located on the 4th floor of a building without elevator, it offers a terrace of 12 m2 with barbecue and consists of:

• a bright living room with a fireplace and sitting area,
• two bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm),
• a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower), two separate toilets, and a toilet in the bathroom,
• a 12 m² terrace with rooftop views and a barbecue,
• a private hammam (in the en-suite bathroom),
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron,
• TV, satellite/cable, stereo system, and Wi-Fi,
• air conditioning,
• games for all ages, books.

- Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
