Settle into this comfortable 48 m² apartment, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Bright and functional, it benefits from a prime location in a lively neighborhood while remaining peaceful thanks to its secluded position.

This accommodation comprises:

• a bright living room with a sofa bed and a dining area,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer),
• a room with a double bed of 140 x 200,
• a bathroom with shower and toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron,
• TV, Wi-Fi,
• air conditioning, smoke detector, hangers.

The apartment offers views of the street as well as an interior courtyard. Located in the Antiques District, right next to the Port, it enjoys a pleasant environment with few neighbors, while still being close to numerous shops, restaurants, and public transport.

Please note that the property does not have private parking.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Please note the following additional charges:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

→ A security deposit may be requested by the owner upon arrival.

→ A management fee of €624 will be charged for mid-term rentals. This fee includes the check-in and check-out inventory as well as cleaning costs.

Located in the Antiques District, right next to the Port of Nice, this apartment allows you to fully enjoy one of the city's most popular areas. You'll have easy access to Place Garibaldi, Quai des États-Unis, and the famous Old Town, renowned for its lively streets, markets, and heritage. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops await you around the Port, Rue Ségurane, and Old Nice. Thanks to tram lines 1 and 2 located nearby, you can also easily reach the airport, Nice-Ville train station, or the beautiful destinations of Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, and Monaco.

Nice-Ville train station → approximately 20 minutes by tram.

By plane:
Nice Côte d'Azur Airport → approximately 25 minutes by tram.

Public transport:
Tram lines 1 and 2 are a few minutes' walk away.
