Located on the first floor of a residence with an elevator, this 74 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Its balcony overlooking a pleasant landscaped green space makes it an ideal place for a business or leisure stay in Lyon.

This apartment features:

• a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area (coffee maker, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),

A garage is available, but does not include a parking space.

The apartment has dual exposure, with a view of the street on one side and a quiet, landscaped green space on the other.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 p.m.

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e

→ The host may ask you for a security deposit upon arrival.
→ You will be charged an administration fee of 962€. This fee covers the pre-arrival and post-stay property inspections as well as cleaning costs.

The neighborhood

Located in the Gerland neighborhood, one of Lyon’s most vibrant areas, this apartment enjoys a prime location near downtown. Once an industrial neighborhood, Gerland has transformed into a modern and attractive hub, charming visitors with its lively atmosphere, shops, and numerous green spaces.

Just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll find an excellent restaurant, as well as a bakery, a dry cleaner, and a supermarket to make your daily life easier. The neighborhood is perfectly suited for both business and leisure trips.

Lyon-Part-Dieu Station: about 15 minutes by public transit or car
Lyon-Perrache Station: about 10 minutes by public transit or car

By plane:

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport: about 30 minutes by car or via the Rhônexpress shuttle

Metro:

The nearby Debourg station (Line B) provides quick access to downtown and Lyon’s main attractions.
