Featuring a large furnished terrace and a pleasant private garden, this accommodation consists of:

• a comfortable living room opening onto the outdoor spaces,
• a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (coffee maker, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• a first bedroom with a 140 cm double bed,
• a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed,
• a bathroom with a bathtub,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine,
• TV, Wi-Fi,
• air conditioning,
• smoke and carbon monoxide detectors,
• shared pool accessible in June, July, and August.

The property also features two secure, gated private parking spaces.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

→ The host may ask you for a security deposit upon arrival.
→ A management fee of €793 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee covers the pre- and post-stay property inspections as well as cleaning costs.
