• a well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator),
• a bedroom with a double bed,
• a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet,
• TV, Wi-Fi,
• no elevator.

This property stands out for its quiet atmosphere, bright interior, and location in a pleasant neighborhood.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Other things to note

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e

→ The host may ask you for a security deposit upon arrival.
→ A €520 management fee will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee covers the pre- and post-stay property inspections as well as cleaning costs.
