Enjoy this spacious 73-square-meter apartment, located on the first floor, which can accommodate up to 4 people. This accommodation offers a pleasant and well-equipped living space, right next to public transportation and amenities.

Featuring a balcony to enjoy the outdoors, this apartment consists of:

• a comfortable living room with a dining area,
• a well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• two bedrooms with double beds,
• a bathroom with a shower,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer,
• desk,
• TV, Wi-Fi,
• hangers.

The apartment offers an unobstructed and quiet view from the bedrooms, as well as a street view from the living room.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Other things to note

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

→ The landlord may require a security deposit upon arrival.
→ A management fee of €949 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee covers the pre- and post-stay property inspections as well as cleaning costs.
