Featuring a balcony to enjoy the outdoors, this apartment consists of:

• a comfortable living room with a dining area and a work desk,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• a bedroom with a double bed,
• a bathroom with a bathtub,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
• crib,
• TV with satellite/cable, Wi-Fi,
• radiators, smoke detector, hangers.

The apartment also features a secure garage, a bike storage room, and benefits from the presence of a caretaker on-site.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

The neighborhood

Located in a quiet, green residential neighborhood, this apartment enjoys a pleasant environment with light traffic. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find several bus lines (C20, C20E, C21, 46, 49, 66).

The D Gorge-de-Loup metro station, just a 5- to 10-minute walk away, allows you to quickly reach downtown and Place Bellecour. The Saint-Just funicular, also nearby, takes you directly to Old Lyon.

You’ll be ideally located to explore the city’s must-see attractions: Vieux Lyon, the Basilica of Fourvière, and Place Bellecour. A local market offering fresh produce (meat, vegetables, cheese, etc.) is just a one-minute walk away every Sunday morning.
