The space

With an optimized surface area, this rental comprises :

• a spacious living area with lounge and dining room,
• a lovely terrace for relaxing,
• one bedroom with queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm,
• a second bedroom with a double bed 140cm x 200cm,
• a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• Vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, smoke detector, clothes hangers,
• TV, Wifi, air conditioning, central heating,
• Private parking.

A management fee of 520€ will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee when validating your deposit.

Sainte-Maxime is a charming seaside resort on the Côte d'Azur, known for its sandy beaches and relaxed atmosphere. The apartment is ideally located near the Nartelle beach, just a few minutes' walk away. The area also offers leisure activities such as tennis at the Madrague municipal court, 1.5 km away, and walks in Sainte-Maxime's historic town center, 2 km away. For gourmet moments, don't miss Le Petit Wyc for aperitifs with a sea view, Le Prao for festive evenings, and La Voile for a relaxing day out.
