The space

Located on the fifth and top floor with elevator, this 34 m² apartment stands out for its brightness and comfort, offering :

• a lovely balcony to enjoy a small outdoor area,
• a welcoming living room with a lounge and dining area,
• a fully-equipped open kitchen (plancha, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
• bedroom with queen-size bed 160x200 and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, clothes hangers,
• TV, Wifi, Chromecast,
  
• air conditioning,
• communal swimming pool (available from May to October),
• garage.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.

A management fee of €374 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

A Swikly service charge will also be applied when validating your deposit.
