• a bedroom with two single beds and a separate cabin,
• bathroom with bath and WC,
• Vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, cot,
• TV, satellite or cable, DVD player, wifi,
• Games for all ages, books,
• Radiators, smoke detectors, clothes hangers, air conditioning,
• Shared swimming pool open all year, solarium.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.

A management fee of €418 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

A Swikly service charge will also be applied when validating your deposit.
