With a surface area of 36 m², this rental consists of:

• a light-filled living area with a charming living room and dining room,
• a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, refrigerator, freezer),
• a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed
• a single sofa bed for a third guest,
• a bathroom with shower and toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron,
• TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning,
• radiators, smoke detector, hangers, climate control.

The accommodation does not have private parking.

After 10 p.m., noise disturbances are no longer accepted.

A management fee of €468 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

Other things to note

Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: $25
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: $44

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee when your deposit is validated.
