The space

This beautiful 28 m² apartment is located on the fifth floor (no elevator) and can accommodate 2 people. It comprises :

• a light-filled living area with lounge and dining room,
• bedroom with double bed,
• a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bathroom with shower,
• separate toilet,
• work desk,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron,
• TV, satellite or cable, wifi,
• radiators.

A €364 management fee will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

You'll appreciate its proximity to the city center, with its stores and local markets. The town hall and metro station are just a few steps away, making it easy to get around the capital.
