With a surface area of 49 m², this rental comprises:

• A pleasant lounge with a single sofa bed,

• A fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• Bathroom with shower,
• Separate WC,
• Hoover, Washing machine, Hairdryer, Iron,
• TV, Wifi, Air conditioning,
• Smoke detector, Hangers, Air conditioning.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10pm.

A management fee of €637 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure as well as cleaning costs.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €25
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

A Swikly service fee will also be charged during the validation of your deposit.
