The space

With a surface area of 52 m², this rental comprises :

• a large, bright living room with a 160x200 cm double bed and dining area,
• a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• work desk,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• stereo system, wifi,
• air conditioning, central heating, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector.

A management fee of €676 will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
