• bedroom with 140 cm bed,
• bathroom with shower,

• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,

After 10 p.m., no more noise pollution.

A management fee of €550 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

A Swikly service fee will also be charged during the validation of your deposit.
