With a surface area of 34 m², this rental comprises :

• a light-filled living area with a lounge and dining room,
• a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• alcove bedroom with queen-size bed 160 x 200 cm,
• bathroom with bathtub,
• separate WC,
• Vacuum cleaner, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Hair dryer,
• TV, Wifi, smoke detector,
• Work desk.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is no longer accepted.

A 510€ management fee will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
