• a bright main room with a 140 × 190 cm sofa bed and a working desk area,
• a separate, well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge),
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• Vacuum cleaner, washer-dryer, hair dryer, iron,
• TV, Satellite or cable, Wifi,
• Radiators, Smoke detector, Hangers.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is no longer accepted.

A €405 management fee will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

The neighborhood

Boulogne-Billancourt is a dynamic, residential neighborhood with many shops, restaurants and cultural venues. The Escudier district is particularly pleasant, with its market three days a week. The Bois de Boulogne, Roland Garros and Parc des Princes are just a stone's throw away for relaxation or sports. The Albert Kahn Museum and Longchamp racecourse are also nearby. For a pleasant evening, visit Chez Madeleine on bus 123 or enjoy a pizza at Peppe Pizzeria Boulogne.
