Modern studio in Courbevoie - Nomad by Welkeys

The space

This comfortable 27 m² studio is located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a luxury building. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people and comprises :

• a living area with lounge and dining area,
• a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• sleeping area with double bed (140cm),
• bathroom with bath and WC,
• hairdryer, TV, Wifi,
• radiators, central heating, smoke detector,
• cellar, garage (underground parking).

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.

A management fee of 405€ will be charged. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

The view of the tree-lined garden completes this ideal setting for a relaxing stay.
