• a well-equipped kitchen area (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, fridge),
• a terrace with a small table,
• a bathroom with shower and WC,
• hoover, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers, smoke detector,
• TV, satellite or cable, Wifi, air conditioning,
• shared swimming pool (open from May to the end of October).

A management fee of 221€ will be charged for medium-term stays. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee when validating your deposit.
