This very nice and bright 3-rooms flat located on the 5th floor with elevator, consists of a living space of 65 sq. m and has high ceilings and wood floor. It includes :
- a wide and bright living room with a balcony,
- a large bedroom with double bed,
- a second bedroom with 2 simple beds,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a well equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, micro-wave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher),
- TV, Wi-Fi,
- vacuum cleaner, household products, washing machine, dryer, hair-dryer, ironing equipment, closet.
→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure

The neighborhood

Our flat is located in the most central and commercial district, between the Opera, the City Hall and Bellecour Square. You will be able to discover most of the city’s treasures by walk, and it will just take you a metro ride to access to the Old Lyon, Fourvière Hill or Part-Dieu district. This flat however calm will allow you to enjoy the best restaurants, bars and shops in the Peninsula.

Hôtel de Ville - Louis Pradel metro station (lines A and C) → 2 min by foot
Bellecour metro station (lines A and D) → 12 min by foot
From Part-Dieu train station → 20 min by car or 15 min by transport
From Saint Exupéry airport → 40 min by car
