The space

Located in the heart of Nice and its famous quarter Carabacel, you have absolutely everything to spend an unforgettable stay! Close to shops and transport solutions, this accommodation is a perfect place to enjoy the beach and visit the city.

Very large 2br of 75 sq. m renovated with modern furniture and high-quality amenities is situated on the 1st floor without elevator. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, and includes:
-a large and comfortable living room
-2 cozy bedrooms with double bed
-a very well-equipped and functional kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge)
-2 large bathrooms with shower and bathtub
-cleaning products, washing machine, dishwasher and ironing equipment
-TV and Wi-Fi
-We don’t provide a private parking space, but you can profit from public parking lot

The neighborhood

You are in the best place to discover the many advantages of Nice! You will be able to live in a lively district and visit Nice easily. You must go to the Promenade des Anglais and to the beach, you can easily go there by foot (10 min away). Let yourself also be tempted by their specialties such as the Pissaladière and chestnut pie. The Old Nice and its typical alleys stretch out your arms, you can be there within 10 min away by foot. Stop enjoying the Fennochio ice cream, which is inimitable! On the way, stop at the castle hill, which offers the most beautiful panorama of the city. The surrounding villages (Villefranche, Beaulieu, Eze, and others) are also worth a visit. They are well served by buses (which leave from the apartment). Finally, nothing better than simply strolling, Nice will seduce you with its many assets!

Getting around

The main tramway station of Nice is situated under our building. Taking the tramway line, you can join the train station which will take you to Cannes, Menton, many Italian cities and neighboring villages.

From the tramway station Durandy, 150 meters away from the apartment, you can go directly to the airport.
